What is a Pre-Brew?
A pre-brew is a selection of tea a guest sends into our Tea tender prior to the reservation. We brew each pot fresh and that takes time. so we love a selection before hand, ( But its not mandatory ) we believe with Tea pots in hand, your Tea Server can get your party sipping without delay if we Brew right before your arrival.
